The CEO and Owner of Craig Consulting, Cynthia Miller-Byler,
pursues excellence in business through each interaction with her private and corporate clients. ​

Having over 25 years’ experience in the industry, her vast array of knowledge, experience and expertise enables her to serve her clients and help them fulfill their desires in their company or corporation.

During her career, Mrs. Byler has had broad experience in the public and private sectors, working in top Managerial and Leadership roles, with direct business experience in the areas of Consulting, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Government Relations Procurement Leader-Strategy, Supply Chain, as well as the delivery of Shared Services in major companies, as well as state-based organizations at the corporate and business-unit levels.

Mrs. Byler is known to provide a strong focus on ways to add value to company operations, as well as a strong multi-functional leadership capability by being involved with initiatives that make a positive contribution to an organization, through expense reduction and revenue enhancement.
One of her greatest strengths is being a strategic thinker; in this capacity, she is able to bring structure to ambiguous environments, be objective in analysis, and effectively influence and lead change with innovation and creativity across multiple levels of an organization.

Since 2010, Mrs. Byler transitioned into her private work with Craig Consulting, and now incorporates her knowledge from the various fields she has worked in to bring excellence into every aspect of how she conducts business, and interacts with her private and corporate clients.

B.S. in Business and Public Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio;
Masters of Arts in Management, majoring in Entrepreneurship, from Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia; The Center for Creative Leadership, Looking Glass Experience; Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives; Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

 

Honors and Engagements include:
The New York Times Company Publishers Award for exceptional collaboration and innovation in jointly designing, building, and launching a prospect marketing database;
Guest speaker at the Digital Solutions Forum, “The Document Solutions Opportunity,” at the McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago, IL; Consero’s 2013 Shared Services & Outsourcing Forum.
